This property was absolutely amazing and we had best time. Upon arrival we were blown away by size of apartment and how well appointed it was. Great location in city centre with subsidised parking nearby. Despite being non staffed we were easily able to speak to staff who resolved 2 issues in matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay again

A really pleasant surprise when we opened the door to our apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, well presented and clean. The location is excellent for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer. Great bars and restaurants very close by. All the major attractions are within walking distance and you can get the Tram to and from the airport just down the road. Although the apartment is located on a very busy stretch of road, you would never know. The room itself was very quiet. The owners have sound proofed the apartment very well.

The apartment was very clean and really spacious. The location is really good as well. The only downside was the bed. The condition of the mattress was really bad. The springs were in a very poor condition and made for a rough night's sleep. Other than that, the apartment was perfect.

Ideal place to stay in Edinburgh. Central location with easy & safe access with double glazing windows to make sure you are not disturbed by outside traffic. The flat was immaculate, bathroom products & shower were fantastic after a long day walking around the city. We dropped our bags at the office & were received by very friendly and polite staff. Flat has everything you can wish for & we slept like babies. Will come back for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
