Stayed here for 1 night as going to the theatre. Apartments were modern and clean and had everything you needed. Excellent price for the location. We were on the 3rd floor so we had no street noise or disturbances at all. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Access was straight forward. All rooms were nice and clean with modern furnishings. The living room was lovely and great for winding down after a busy day. The bedrooms were nice and bright and the beds were comfy. Kitchen, Bathroom and shower room were really clean and had everything there for you to use. Everything worked :-) A real home from home. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to couples or families for a base when in Edinburgh.

The apartment was in a great location. Really clean and well equipped however it was very very noisy so none of us managed to get a good nights sleep. This was both down to the big heavy doors slamming shut as well as being close to bannatynes who ran early exercise classes.

We was very pleased with Destiny apartments. Check in was prompt, keyless entry. So no need of keeping up with key cards or keys. Upon entering everything was clean and displayed as of a magazine cover. The bedding was clean and crisp and to top it off Destiny apartment is in walking distance of everything. We stayed 14 day and loved every minute of it.We will definitely be staying at Destiny's apartment every chance we get.

Very impressed with our spacious two bedroom apartment. Location was excellent, beds very comfortable and apartment had everything we needed as a family of 5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
