The view and location was fabulous; close to everything and there was no noise from the train station despite it being across the road. I felt that the room was lacking in some places - storage was minimal and there were no staff on hand. The corridor smelt strange and was quite dusty - this wasn’t an issue in our room.

The apartment was lovely, so many great features in a good location and had everything we needed. Yes there's a flight of stairs to take luggage up but the apartment states that. Warm and clean and very spacious

Amazing location, modern apartment, nice and warm. Would definitely recommend and when I go back to Edinburgh I will 100% be back to here! Whilst destiny seems to own all apartments within this building on each floor, our particular apartment was on the top floor which meant lots of steps, which was completely fine for us. Might be slightly more challenging if you have difficulty climbing a large amount of steps as there was no lift. But like all Edinburgh, steps and hills are to be expected! :) 10/10

Excellent apartment. Perfect location to train station, castle, pubs, restaurants and royal mile. Apartment had a lovely view of the city, was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Extremely quiet even on a busy road. The luggage storage facility was an added bonus which we really appreciated, could store our bags when we arrived at 11am straight off the train. We will definitely stay again when we return to Edinburgh!

Excellent location 2 minutes from Edinburgh Waverley, At the foot of the castle hill. Above a pub but noise not a problem at all. Room 10 with a nice view of princess street and the gardens across Waverley station. Actually a view across the Firth if you look hard enough. Well equipped and comfortable. The climb to the room is no joke, but if you can climb to the castle you should be ok with the stairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
