Great location, super central in Edinburgh city! The apartment was super nice, super clean and super equipped with everything you might need! Blowdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel; fully equipped kitchen with sponge and soap to wash your dishes, very large fridge and living room area; heating system working properly keeping the whole flat warm, with heathers in the bathroom to keep you towels warm! Really anything you might need during your stay it will be provided. I am only going to suggest maybe a small sofa or seating space for customers during check-in/out, as you just have to stand in the middle of the office when you do it.

We had the BEST stay. The apartment was so big and had everything we needed. The water pressure was good in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic. We will recommend to friends and family!

I really enjoyed staying there and I’m saddened to leave this enormous place! I loved that it was 5 min from the center I didn’t need to use any transportations to go for and from. The location of the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and everything is near you.

These apartments are beautiful. Immaculate and quiet and near everything walkable, including only a five minute walk to Waverley train station. I loved the two night stay. The bed was comfortable, the place was spotless and it was quiet which I was surprised at as it was edinburgh. Bathroom was like new. Couldn’t fault it for a couples weekend away trip. There was a lift which was good too. If you are ok for walking it’s an idea base for everything in town. A mirror in the main living space as well as the bathroom would have been good but I loved it.

My husband and I needed a last minute place to stay and we are SO GLAD we found Destiny Apartments. The space was huge! Everything was very clean and updated. The location was excellent - short walk to New Town or Old Town. We couldn't believe the value for the price. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
