The location cannot be beat! Easily walkable to many points of interest, and great access to public transit. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and spacious. Of note, it's like a lot of other accommodations in Europe and there are stairs and no lift/elevator, but this had been communicated ahead of time so I do not feel like that should affect rating.

If you're looking an exceptional stay in City Centre Edinburgh, look no further than these apartments. Although, the building looks older from the outside (what doesn't in Old Edinburgh :)), you're in for a treat on the inside. Great location, view, cleanliness and all new "everything". Outstanding. Also, there's a Poundland just a short distance away for some food amenities. So glad they had a complimentary tea tray, as when we got in from our trip, it was just what we needed to get us by. AND I can't let this review post until I mention how the staff was so helpful with our check-in process and any special request we had. Awesome.

Fantastic apartment - exactly as pictured and described. Close to where we wanted to be and with shops and restaurants close by. Only downside - for us - is the number of steps up to the apartment. Didn't appreciate how many from the description. Destiny Scotland staff fantastic - dealt with all of my questions, arranged an early check in for us and we were able to leave bags at the office. Would highly recommend apartment and Destiny Scotland

If you don’t mind that there is no lift, then this is a great place to stay. Excellent location, comfortable, and great kitchen/laundry amenities. I had need to email their office during my stay, and Irmina and Joanna were super helpful and very prompt with their responses. Would highly recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
