I loved staying at Dewan! It was my first time traveling alone in a very long time! Even though we were right in the middle of a city, I felt safe at Dewan. It was close enough to Kaosan Rd and all the action yet quiet. There's a street next door that has many open air restaurants with music and also street food. It is also near The Palace, Reclining Buddha, The Siam Museum and History Museum. The people that work there were very kind and welcoming! The rooftop pool was a bonus after a long hot day of sightseeing!

Right next to Khao San Road but without all the noise, Dewan offers a relaxing oasis in the middle of the chaos of Bangkok. While the rooms are not the newest, they are absolutely fine for the price you pay. Also the hotel offers a pool on the roof with a view over the city that makes some 5 star hotels envious.

I’m writing this review because I really appreciate and enjoy my first time traveling in Bangkok and staying at Dewan. I love how very welcoming the staffs and the ambiance of the hotel is so warm and it feels like home. The location is very convenient if you want to visit temples and night markets. Dewan is offering you a place that is inspired with Dubai or old times architecture that is so pleasant to the eyes. This photo is taken in the entrance of the hotel. I would love to say thank you to all the staffs who is very kind and generous for sharing what transportation and where is the best places to go to grab food. The room is cozy enough for the price you paid and the room is realllyyyyyy huge. 🪷

I really like the place. I will definitely stay here again. Great location, very nice hotel with rooftop pool and hangout spot. There's a massage in front. The massage place is clean and professional.

Beautiful environment if you like the style of 1001 nights. The AC was too loud. The rooftop pool is great, the seating up there is not a restaurant though, you have to eat elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
