I was on a 22 hour layover in Manila and this place was perfect; super clean, super basic, and inexpensive. It has a bed, a shower, and TV and working aircon. I checked in at 1AM, checked out 11 hours later at noon. SPOTLESS clean and everything worked, rare in the Philippines at this pricepoint. It's very close to the airport, less than $2 USD (90 pesos) cab ride from the airport. I think many pilots and flight staff stay here for that reason. The hotel is in a gated shopping area with a bunch of little restaurants to eat (American, Korean and Filipino food).

Rooms are clean with shower heater and with basic necessities which fits its price range. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. All my online inquiries were answered within a respectable amount of time. 10/10 location! Can be found along domestic road and within the complex there are multiple food options, coffee and a convenience store. Airport pick up was free and our drop off was charged with a minimal fee, definitely cheaper than booking car services.

Good place if you want to stay overnight near NAIA 4. You can just walk to terminal 4 for 5 minutes. Be careful in crossing though but there is an overpass for safer crossing. There are good restaurants and a wholesome spa and massage in the same building with the hotel. Staff are nice and friendly. Bed, bath and room are clean.
