        If there was a lower rating the review would be more accurate. 1. No hot water in the showers 2. The ac broke in one of our rooms and we had to fight with the landlord for him to fix it 3. The ac in another room was leaking water and i had to clean the air filters after my clothes were soaked. 4. The last room had a lot of flies, at first we were like cool lets get them out (we come from a country that has a lot of them) but then we opened one of the towels and there was a few dead ones inside. When we asked for help we were confronted with one of the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life, the guy was angry, yelling, and had a smell of cigarettes and alcohol, he was mostly drunk. We talked to the manager and demanded a refund for the night that we had left ( not for the night we all ready had been there) and they refused to give us any money. I traveled through a lot of different countries and I have never seen anything close to what we have experienced. The hot water were absent all the time, the guy said that we need to wait 10 minutes between each shower, which is absurd by it self, it wasn’t true we showered with cold water for 5 days. When the day of redemption came and we had to checkout, me and my dad went to claim our car from the rental company, the guy came drunk (at 12:00 pm ) and told my mother to leave or he will call the police, after 5 minutes he started to throw our belongings out of the door in anger. Bottom line, just don’t go there even if they pay you😒

        Highly recommend! Marianna & her partner were extremely kind and accommodating. Talking to Marianna felt like talking to family. The room was in great condition, breakfast was amazing & we have nothing bad to say about the place!

        The hosts are amazing, always there to answer your questions, very clean rooms, the location is close to so many attractions so you don’t have to spend money on taxi, we took the hop on hop off bus and it was amazing ! The breakfast is buffet style with service and was delicious .

        This hotel is excellent. Giuseppi (spelling may be wrong) and Valeria truly make the most of the space and run things very well. The rooms were well kept up and picture perfect. The AC worked very well which was refreshing for a hot month. The wifi is probably the fastest connection I have seen in all of Italy. Everything about the stay was easy and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made each day, with a lot of the dishes being made from scratch. Amazing. The staff has good recommendations for anything about Rome as well. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be in this area of Rome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
