I am going all way out complaint this hotel. I stay in few hours left in fear when 12am midnight on sudden kicking and banging door by few guys shouting outside woke me up claiming they are immigration officer doing spot check.. I in terrifying shouting who are u? I alone as girl, need put on my clothes.. I wondered if outside samseng are bad guys in group, I will become victim.. Even you are from government officers force, this is not the way on duty!! The way u acts as 'samseng'

Parking limited, first come first serve, lobby, lift sangat bersih and calm. ada some deco in the middle, bilik luas also the toilet clean. but need to imrpove dari segi Front Office, value of money.

Hotel is not well kept, mushy smell at reception area & room. The top floor of hotel is full of plants and full of mosquitoes and ants in third floor room. Today, 19.12.22, when we wanna checkout, KKM came to spray the denggi repellent, can you believe that! If not for some errands to run around the area, I wouldn’t have stayed in this hotel!!!

I’m been visit here over 2years When they still cooperate with OYO the price is cheap the staff know me because I’m booking 4time per month Then they offer breakfast, but the price was raise over Rm20-30 per night , I was like fine Now they raise more , in booking online write Rm70 after going there hidden fees cost Rm20/ nights. And no more breakfast. The new Bangladesh staff thought I’m new try to claim more money from me

Stayed for just 1 night. Hotel is good with basic necessities (except for toothbrush & toothpaste. Pls bring your own!). What's interesting is the garden they have inside the hotel, very nice touch. Clean, staff is helpful. Aircond, TV & shower with heater are working well. Parking is a bit of hassle, it's roadside parking. Hard to find parking during working hours. Nearby AEON Maluri & easy to find food. LRT/MRT nearby could take about 15mins. Overall, hotel is good and worth the money.
