A nice hillside resort with a fantastic panoramic view of the Annapurna massif including Fish Tail mountain, as well as Dhaulagiri. Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities. Quite a decent range of buffet items at the restaurant featuring fresh vegetables and produce from the organic farm on the property. While this is listed as a four star property, the service is at or beyond a five star standard. Nepalese hospitality and warmth at its best from the service crew from the front desk to restaurant. The owner has done a great job with the resort and continues to develop the property, with new rooms and front office slated in the next year or so.

I am writing this review from the lobby of this amazing resort while I am checking out. The service is exceptional. Nikita, Director of quality assurance was exceptionally helpful and took care of any issues that came in. I will definitely be coming as this marks the first of my many visits in the future.

My overall experience was good, the staff were best and the food was tasty. I would say the rooms are spacious but the AC and TV are a little outdated. At the day of stay there weren't lot of people so they didn't serve us buffet, which was a sad part, it was ala carte. But we had expected a nice presentation of food and service around us during our stay.

After a long drive, it was nice to be welcomed by fresh home made juice. We went there for my birthday, they were generous to set and decorate the table(free of cost). The view was absolutely stunning - lush hills, Annapurna range and obviously three lakes Phewa, Begnas and Rupa. It was calming watching the magnificent Himalayas with a cup of tea from our veranda. The infinity pool was an excellent place to chill with the beautiful view. The only tiny issue was food, it was tad bit salty and requires some improvement but the patisserie compensated with a beautiful birthday cake and the most amazing muffins in breakfast ❤️🎂🧁.

I was there last week and I have had beautiful time there. Great food, view and lovely staff, especially Tirtha Sir. Great catching you up there. I would definitely recommend my mates to stay there for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
