Rooms are a decent size, functional and clean. Tea (with milk!) and instant coffee in the room was a nice touch. The concierge and other staff were always helpful and proactive. Location, while close to a major train station, is a 20-60 minute walk to most major attractions, and the local area is full of restaurants, bars and cafes. The spa room is useful (need to book) if you do a lot of walking and after a few days need a quick recharge. Breakfast is sort of basic but something for everyone. I recommend this hotel if your budget is mid-range.

Stayed here for three nights/ four days. Rooms are modern and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Bear in mind a tax upon arrival must be paid for in cash, we weren’t communicated this by our booking service but there is an ATM two doors down so not too concerning. Think we did have a dodgy room card though as our electricity in our room kept cutting out at random times, we would wake up and have to take our room card out of a slot and put it back in to restart the lights, aircon and power to the room. The breakfast was convenient and set you up for the day, nothing too fancy but covered all the basics and was always plentiful!

Nice and clean but overpriced and overrated, its not 4 stars or upscale in any way, the place should be classed as a B&B rather than a hotel, there's no restaurant, no bar, no lounge area, the spa is nothing special but they charge 80€ for 50min!! (no treatment included) The reception is in a "shop" facing the street beside the entrance of the actual hotel, theres two other hotels on other floors but didn't see any reception for those, the hotel is in a old remodeled apartment building, when first arriving I searched for the reception inside the hotel and walked into a connected building that have permanent residents, when finding the reception i was asked to write down my credit card info on a paper and they wanted the city tax paid in cash, upscale?? I travel at work and have +150 hotel nights in a year, this sits at my very top of disappointments, it felt more like Airbnb or a B&B. The high guest rating must be credited an unusually friendly and helpful staff, but that should not be a reason to ignore standard and pricing when giving a rating.

What a nice stay! This was the last hotel before our trip back home. It was well deserved. Our stay included breakfast every morning, very delicious choices, staff was very friendly and any request we had they accommodated us with in minutes. Always eager to help and serve. We had happy hour as a complementary at Cotto and it was Avery nice complement after a long day of walking. Location excellent - within few minutes walk from Roma termini, and 14-20 mins walk to other attractions, plenty of restaurants to choose from. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. When in Rome is a must stay place.

Great location, walking distance to everything you will want to see & close enough to the Termini station to make it easy to carry your luggage. The staff was nice and helpful, they even gave us a map and explained where all the main sites were located. The room was great, clean & the shower was amazing (especially in that heat). The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. I loved having cookies in the room, they were delicious! The restaurant downstairs (not affiliated) was alright for a quick and easy dinner after a few exhausting days walking everywhere. Their affiliated restaurant (Cotto) was a few streets down and provided free apperitivo (buffet style right by the door) & a 10% discount.
