Dhawa Yura is in a very nice secluded area away from all the bustling night life yet, not too far away. It’s situated very close to a subway station, and a railway station making it very convenient to travel around town. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive and very helpful. Hotel rooms were nice. Only feedback is not a lot of choices in the gym and breakfast and bad view from room.

I recently had the most incredible experience at a hotel that played an essential role in a momentous occasion in my life - my marriage proposal. From start to finish, this hotel's commitment to service and creating a romantic atmosphere was nothing short of extraordinary. The highlight of our stay was the way the hotel prepared our room for the proposal. I had coordinated with the staff in advance, and they executed my plan flawlessly. When we entered the room, it was like stepping into a fairytale. Soft candlelight illuminated the space, and a trail of rose petals led to the center of the room, where I had arranged a ring and a heartfelt note. The moment I proposed was absolutely magical, thanks to the hotel's efforts. Throughout our stay, the service was impeccable. The hotel's staff treated us with genuine warmth and made us feel like the only guests on the property. They were always ready to assist and ensure our every need was met. I can't express enough how much this hotel contributed to making our engagement unforgettable. One positive side: the breakfast was great. Opt for getting breakfast when you are staying here. However, service was bad; the reception was not helpful and very picky about traveling with kids and was not helpful. The room setup was just average for the steep price as the AC did not cover the whole room and the hot water valve was not sensitive. The bed was also too soft to a point that it hurts my back. So, overall, save your $$ and stay somewhere else.

Stayed here recently for three nights and was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was upgraded from a Superior to Premier King room on the 5th floor (top floor, room 511). The bed was comfy and soft in places while the bathroom was clean and water pressure was excellent. Thought that it would be a comfortable night’s rest but was dismayed to find that the walls were extremely thin as I could hear the occupants in room 510 and 512 banging the closet/shifting their luggage, laughing and even stomping across the room (if these noises bothered me, imagine how their downstairs neighbors felt). I couldn’t take it on the second night so I called front desk for a room change and they moved me to a Premier Twin room that was next to the street. The front desk warned me that the street noises were loud but I felt that it was quieter than the previous night’s noises! Oh, and for some reason, the twin beds was much more comfier than the king-size bed. Breakfast was quite delicious, especially the croissants, while service was pleasant, although on my last day, I had to remind the staff on my Earl Grey order. The personnel at the lounge were great though and the basque cheesecake was delicious. All in all, I had a pleasant stay and will return but I do hope management can issue a notice or pre-warn guests to be more aware and conscious about not making noise in the rooms, especially foreigners who may not understand that disturbing their neighbors is considered uncouth behavior. Kudos to the service and the staff were so kind to collect my cookie and cake that I left in 511’s fridge so that I can enjoy it on my long train journey to Nagasaki. :) Oh, another thing: please limit the number of plastics in the room. Housekeeping has a tendency to throw away the wash cloth and plastics as well when they can be reused. Also, lots of dust particles floating in the room, not sure where they’re coming from.

Outstanding hotel. Great location near the subway and popular restaurant precinct. Rooms are of high quality with good amenities. The bed is the softest I have ever experienced! The restaurant and bar is exceptional. Very impressed with the team - helpful with every request and very friendly. loved our stayed here 👍👍👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
