This place is an absolute disappointment.. The property only has 5 staff in total which contributes drastically for what I’m about to write. We stayed in the bungalows. To start off the bungalows are extremely dirty rat sh** on the walls around the shower.. stains on the sheets.. the entire cabin is wood and full of mold. The smell is absolutely awful. They also claim to have a beach front resort when we arrived the beach is non existent and you are unable to swim in the ocean there. They claimed it was because of the tide but doing more research about this property that’s been a problem there for years.. False advertising at this resort is top notch They also claim to have a lively beach bar that can be more entertaining than a night out on the town. The bar was completely gutted and hasn’t been operating for what I assume has been months. When we complained to the front desk staff about the said rat sh** + mold and everything wrong in the bungalow we were told it’s because the cabins are in nature and “eco friendly” we just finished up our previous stay in the jungle in a bunglow with no issues. They looked at us and said “oh they like modern clean” The property is also full of very sickly looking stray cats and stray dogs .. the dogs are not nice and you can hear them barking all throughout the night. For the price you pay here you would be better off in a hostel! We ended up leaving and rebooking at a different resort.

Stayed there for a few days in a wooden cottage. It was a cute, quiet and chill place with its own small private beach. The water there was coming and going but there was a pool nearby so you still could swim if needed. The receptionist was helpful and positive. I also tried pineapple pancakes with tea for breakfast there once. It costed around 100 baht. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom situation in houses I think. Having a shower head basically over your toilet doesn't seem that nice nor hygienic to me.

Was a nice place just outside of the main ao nang area. Close to the pier that can take you to railey beach and the main beach. Pool is great for lazing and chilling. Exceptional service from arrival, I arrived early and they let me use the pool until room was ready.

All in all, for the money it’s really good. The only things that rubbed us the wrong way, is the “private beach”, which is a lagoon. Just don’t mention it and it’s fine, since they have a pool. That said we stayed here 3 nights and we had a lot of fun around here :) Staff is very friendly

Really nice and helpful hotel staff. A quiet place. Location is good to be a base. You should take a boat or scooter to get to the beach or some interesting places.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
