Bad place with subpar management and disgusting rooms. The good parts first: AC works fine and from the somewhat dirty pool you have a direct view at the cliffs. Now about the rooms: Mattresses are hard as rock and dirty, sheets as well. The slatted frame is a massive wood board. Somehow the beds still feel shaky and unstable. TV is a CRT from ~1993. Thats also about the time the room was cleaned thoroughly the last time. Toilet is full of stains and just disgusting to use. Shower is also stained like it has not been cleaned for years. The bathroom is a great breeding ground for all kinds of mold. Your "safe" is a locker inside the reception that you can not access after 10pm. There is no safe in the room. If you want room service, you have to leave your only key at the reception in a basket for everyone to grab. All in all the worst experience I had in Thailand so far. Never again!

Although slightly off the beaten path and up a bit of a hill, we were satisfied with the resort. We found the staff to be very pleasant and accommodating. The pool is great, and the cliff view is stunning. Unfortunately, the beds were much harder than I am used to and I never got a full and proper shower. I'm not saying don't stay here, just look around a bit because you can get more bang for your buck.

Great value for money ! Some reviews are bad, but we love this place. The location is perfect, the beds are above for thai standards. Its not à luxurious resort, but who needs that ? What we got for this price in this area is more as we hopen. Airco works good. Internet soso.... friendly staff.

Fantastic little room! The pool was lovely, it is surrounded by gorgeous mountains and nature. The room had decent air con and is situated in a nice location. (There is a little hill to walk up) but it is worth it! The staff are nice and the service was very good. As an added bonus, there is lots of wildlife surrounding the hotel. There are frogs lizards and even some parrots.

The rooms were dirty, toilet was broken, the breakfast was not worth it. Better to go to one of the nearby coffee shops. The pool area was nice and the bungalows looks cozy on the outside, but generally you don’t get good value for money here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
