First trip to Baku, and I chose the hotel based on my travel agent's recommendation—it did not disappoint. The staff, while not entirely fluent in English, were exceptionally cooperative. The room was both clean and spacious, with meticulously maintained lobbies and corridors. Breakfast exceeded expectations. The prime highlight is the location, conveniently situated for city-wide public transport right outside the hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Diamond hotel is a great hotel with great staff. I am very happy with my stay there and the staff are great the are smily and helpful all the time. Our 4 days stay was a great experience here at Diamond hotel.It is only a small distance away from the centre of the city. There are wide roads to access the hotel. We could see super markets, banks, pharmacies, hospitals and many retail shops nearby. Rooms are neat and clean with all essential comforts. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast. We found the breakfast spread very good.I would definitely recommend it to people who want to stay in Baku for a couple of days.

Excellent hotel. I loved it. Staff are very good. Few issues I had with the House keeping. I had to wait for hours together two days at the reception. House keeping was done very late in our room. Even after informing at the reception as well as directly to the house keeping guy. This was the main problem I faced. Then one day after finishing the site seeing when I came to the hotel very late around 8.00 pm, couldn't open the room, I had to rush to the reception and get another key. All these are my first experience I faced here. Then Restaurant breakfast, for vegetarians is very difficult to manage except fruits and bun/jam coffee that's all can have. (Only pure vegetarian people) . Rest everything fine.

We enjoyed our stay in December. Value for money. It was in city center, close to all locations. Nizami street is at15 mins driving distance, you can reach by Bolt service in 3 to 6 mannat depending upon time. Good local food is available near the hotel. Grocessry store like Spar is very close. Staff is good and speaks English. They also provide money exchange service if you need money in emergency. It is a good 4 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 location. Breakfast was above average. Things to Improve: AC was not working, it was cold outside but many times it become horrible inside even if you switched off heater. No ventilation in washrooms.

Horrible... if you really want to try this hotel, go with an Oxygen Cylinder. No air circulation, outside temperature was 7 degree and inside it was 40 degree WITHOUT heater. They were not ready to switch on AC unit even if you pay extra. Customer service ...THEY DON'T KNOW THE MEANING OF THAT.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
