My stay at this Hotel was simply fantastic! From the elegant decor to the impeccable service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The rooms were luxurious and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A truly five-star experience—I can't wait to return!

*We had sky view suite! But we rather saw the depressing buildings around. So there was no point to have a room with View!! *Room was big, cozy and clean. *Windows are not isolated and you can hear laud Music and people till around 4-5 am. *you can reach the main attractions by around 25 min walk. If you are young and want to party, I recommend this hotel. Many attractive clubs and bars are in neighboring streets. *Shower Cubicle was a bitter joke!! There was no door to the side where water splashes so what is the point for it? *where we can hang our hand towels?!? *Hair drier was like old wall telephones! *No parking and you have to park in an out door parking and carry your luggages to Hotel(4-5 min walk). *Very friendly, helpful and polite staff as the greece people are. *Breakfast was ok! Breakfast room was small and compact. Hotel needs renovation. Specifically bathroom. Conclusion: this is not our choice for next time according to our needs and interests. Pictures included

the room is very nice, big and clean. unfortunately the room is not insulated so a lot of noise from outside came in. Music until about 04:00 in the morning. Then turned on the air conditioning. This one made a noise like sleeping on an airplane. had to sleep with my head under the pillow. The breakfast made up for a lot. Fresh products with a lot of choice and delicious flavors. In summary: still a great place to sleep.

It's a nice place to stay. The reception is located in the opposite building. The staff is kind. Elevator accessible half floor over basement. Good mattresses. Acceptable breakfast. The hotel is centrally located, but not in the best side of the city center. All rooms could not be characterized as "suites", though they are clean and quite spacious (they could be characterized "large" if they where in Paris). It is quite (but not much) pleasant a place, where one could stay for a few days without facing accommodation problems.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location within a walking distance of the city centre. The staff were very polite , attentive and helpful. The Hand made sweets at breakfast were very tasty and there was a wide variety. I would definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
