Rooms is good tho not that big. In our room we hear people talking from the outside (back).maybe its a residential. Quite uncomfortble with that esp if u wanted to get sleep. Lodging is small. Located in station 1 super nice beach front. Pool is nice as well, it will be better if breakfast is buffet

I stayed here Jan 7-8 in Diamond! Our room has amazing views super love it. A lot of complimentary stuff. And Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is so so.. Swimming pool is a bit small but Overall it was a great stay we will book it again❤️

Water view rooms are small Rooms have no privacy to people walking past room. If you open blinds, everyone can see through to the room. Location is amazing. Away from bysy area. Free breakfast is limited

This review is about the restaurant meal I had today. Today we had lunch there and it was 5/5 excellent meal and value. It was so good my wife and I walked almost 2km back later in the day for dinner. Everything was fine until the grilled talapia I ordered came to the table. It looked great until I opened it up and it looked like more than half the meat was removed. Other than skin and bones I maybe had a tablespoon of meat. It was a big disappointment and I likely will not return. No one wanted to take responsibility for it. The answer I received was, this is how we serve it sir. 1 star dinner plus 5 star lunch is 3 stars and that is being nice.

Definitely not 3 star hotel. Small rooms, they provide also some rooms without window and walls must be made from paper, you hear everything. Breakfast is just a disaster, what I can be positive about is location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
