The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room is really good. It's small but spacious at the same time. The price is worth it plus it's located near the place I wanted to visit.

Booked here thru an online app at a good price. Hotel is located a few meters away from the highway. Place is very near to 3 major banks and a pharmacy along Gil Puyat. Walkable to convienent store and a nearby Mall. I was received by the security whom I asked if I could check in early. He assisted me to the reception. Reception was small. I was assisted by rhe front desk who explained that they charge 200php/hour for early check in. Their standard checkin time is 2pm. I was hesitant at first but since I was running on an important transaction I proceed to check in early and paid for the extra fee. On top of that also require a deposit of 1500php which is refundable after checking out. Room was spacious enough with a built in cabinet. It was clean. It has a balcony that offers a good view of the city. Bed was comfy. Pillows and linens are hotel grade. They were smooth and comfy. Toilet is clean and comes with a soap and shampoo with conditioner. They also have bath towels available. Hot and cold shower is available. The room has a mini fridge. A microwave, kettle and some eating utensils. There's a tv with free netflix, amazon prime and youtube available - this makes them superior to other hotels on my part. WiFi has good speed as well. Room aircon isn't very efficient and I think needs maintenance. It could hardly cool the room even at the lowest settings. Room tiles are loose as well but this has no problem with me. Over all I did have a good stay here. Staff were great. Place is very convenient and price is good. *forgot to take photo of the room. Sorry.

Very poor service. False advertisement on wifi access as wifi is just available in the reception area and no access in each room. Tv remote is not working. Requested for replacement but was advised that their maintenance guy was on leave and no spare remote available. Poor tv signal. Called for assistance to operate tv channel box manually but was never attended. Small roaches in the room. Pillow smells awful. Terrible service.

Place is strategic, a bit small, and there were no chairs and our shower knob is broken. Though the front desk is nice and helpful.other than that generally...okey.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
