Stayed there for 6 days Plus Location, the breakfast, and the service thereby the two hispanic women. Negative Old rooms and hallways, airport shuttle means they call you a taxi, cleaning lady does the rare basics but nothing more. front desk service basically only collects room keys when you leave and hands them out when you are back, and half of the time without any ID check. No room service of any kind. VERY noisy rooms. You hear a lot from outside and your neighbors. I don't know why it has 4 stars. it's way, below that. I can get much better in Amsterdam for the price and was disappointed because I expected more for the price. The biggest plus is its location between museums and downtown.

Stayed here for two nights as it was close to a business meeting in Amsterdam. A great Amsterdam experience with canal views and a buzzing street life outside, especially on a very warm Friday evening. The staff were friendly and very accommodating - I had to meet a couple of colleagues and they found a space for us to catch up. The rooms were very comfortable - what I'd expect from a hotel in the old part of Amsterdam. Would definitely stay again - either for business or personal.

I stayed here for several days in the winter time. I got an amazing room facing the canal and the street with tram lines. The front desk people were friendly and helpful to me.

I had high hopes for this place since it's labeled as a 4-star hotel, but I was disappointed. There's no concierge service, and my request for a bottle of water at 10 pm was denied, even when I offered to pay for it. They could have been more accommodating for such a small request. The receptionist didn't seem to know where I could find water nearby, so that added to the frustration. Plus, the rooms on the website look way different in reality. Not recommending this place to anyone, it's not worth the value.
