Amazing place to stay in this city. Super nice service and super clean room. Spacious bathroom and shower. Free parking. We were very happy with 2 pregnant wife’s here. We from Florida USA!

The structure consists of 5 rooms created inside an apartment in a 70s building, shared with the condominiums, even noisy until late at night. Rooms with plasterboard walls, not soundproofed. Convenient for visiting the Sassi. Unguarded paid parking in the condominium, inconvenient for entry and exit. Breakfast in two different bars of your choice, one of which only had external tables and the other of poor quality, accessible from 8.30am.

Highly recommended facility. Clean rooms, with attention to the smallest detail and welcoming. Strategic position, a stone's throw from the center of Matera, with free parking in front of the structure or even for a fee. The stones are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. The lady who took care of check-in was very kind and polite. He made sure our room was ready before the scheduled time. Complimentary cold drinks in the fridge and coffee pods. Excellent breakfast in a partner bar, with high quality products. We will definitely return.

Beautiful experience. Very nice room, colourful, clean and very comfortable beds. A stone's throw from the center of Matera, the Sassi can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. In particular, it was Rossella who made our short stay special, who welcomed us with great kindness, delicacy and professionalism. Available for any type of request, he made sure our room was ready, including fresh drinks in the fridge and a coffee machine. Really very very good and prepared. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
