        Location is fantastic walking distance from all the restaurants bars and sights. All staff were very friendly, thank you Caludia! The room was clean with very good AC. My friend and I felt very safe in the accommodation as well as the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.

        If I could give this “hotel” minus stars- I would. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and I wasn’t even in the room. We came by flight at night, as we alerted from advanced, to discover that the building is locked! No lobby, no reception and no one to talk to. We waited in the street from 3 am till 8:30. No one in the staff speaks English, except a very rude receptionist who needs to quit her job if she hates it that much. During the time we waited for our room, with no early check in, what so ever, our luggage was left unintended. After all- we went to a different hotel thank god. If you want a good experience In rome. Stay as far as you can from this “hotel”.

        I was supposed to spend a week-end in Rome with my pregnant girlfriend but the day before our departure she had to go to hospital (and stayed 1 week) to avoid delivering a very premature child. I called the hotel to explain the situation and ask not for a refund but only to reschedule. I had to try 10 times to be able to speak to someone, they told me they would get back to me, they never did but immediately charged me the cancellation fees. Very classy...

        We booked our stay 3 months ago and received a confirmation email. Today when driving to Rome we see in the booking.com app the reservation was cancelled despite receiving no communication from the hotel via email nor with a phone call. The hotel blocked the phone number that we booked with, and when we called with another number they kept trying to avoid speaking to us. Eventually they said the credit card was not valid which is a blatant lie (as it was surely validated at the time of the booking confirmation and is valid for another year), and when we try to book a room today they have increased the price from $1000 when we originally booked to $16000 for the same period. No alternative was offered, and now we need to find something else at the last minute. Do not book this hotel as they are clearly dishonest people trying to price gouge during the busy summer period.

        Staff friendly Access to hotel from the Main Street not so friendly so if you have a big luggage good luck. And the most Dangerous part about the room. If something you need for emergency 🆘 you can’t have any access to your phone due to no service, yes they do have WiFi but emergency number at the door is not WhatsApp, the phone in the room just as decorations, and AC sometime works sometime they don’t.
