The workers are very helpful and friendly, the hotel's design reminded me of the golden cost houses in Copenhagen, very warm atmosphere lovely Christmas trees. With two swimpools and a sauna. The restaurant is in another building which gives you the opportunity to walk through the beautiful garden. The most remarkable thing was the restaurant; the menu was rich including suchi varieties, lovely presentation, fast serving and very tasty flavourful food. Homemade different kinds of bread. I have enjoyed one of the juiciest chicken breasts ever. Suchi was just perfect. The hotel has a genius lovely young chef 👩‍🍳. The room reminded me with my old days in Ukraine but with a modern toilet. The rooms definitely need improvement. Overall I would like to stay in Diplomat hotel again. As a gourmet I absolutely salute there food.

Even though we didn't indulge in the rooms of the Diplomat Club, their dining experience alone had us feeling like international ambassadors of good taste. With a wine selection that would make Dionysus nod in approval and service attentive enough to make royalty blush, our dinner was a masterclass in elegance. Assembling a big group can often feel like herding cats, but here, every detail was orchestrated to perfection. For those who have an appreciation for fine wines and finer dining, Diplomat Club is a must-visit spot in Chisinau. 🍷🍴🏨🌟

Ths hotel has such a great potential but the potential is missed in so many things. Currently it's nothing near a 5-stars hotel. We stayed here for three nights and although it is not a bad hotel, we were disappointed by many things. I direct this review mainly to the person who manages the place, because it's really a shame for me to see the potential being destroyed in this way. First of all, there were two major faults that led to one star: (1) One day we returned to the room in the evening and it was open. All our luggage inside, money and passport and electronic devices, and the door was wide open (we couldn't find an employee to ask what happened); (2) One day we got up in the morning, we went to the restaurant to have breakfast (which we paid for in advance) and it was closed, so we went to eat outside. There was no employee available in the restaurant area and the front desk employee did not know English. Atmosphere - the hotel consists of several buildings in one large area. Everything is designed in a very special and beautiful way, and the hotel definitely looks like a five-star hotel. On the other hand, the place looks dead and empty of people. The atmosphere is also affected by the employees. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist took us to our room, but did not explain to us how the hotel is made up, where everything is and how to operate the things in the room. For example, we didn't fully understand all the options of the jacuzzi (maybe they just didn't work), we didn't understand how to turn on the towel warmer (maybe it just didn't work) and at first we didn't even understand how to open the door to the balcony. And talking about the balcony, one employee told us that smoking is not allowed there, and another employee said that it is allowed. Actually, there was only one worker who was professional and was always nice and helpful (and knew good English). Rooms - the rooms are beautiful, especially the bathroom which is large and impressive, with flowers and paintings. You also get a care kit. There is a minibar in the room, but we did not receive a page with the prices. Unfortunately we had some problems in the room: it was not possible to flush the water in the toilet without opening the faucet, the flow of water in the shower was very bad, the water constantly "jumped" between freezing and boiling and the air dryer stopped working after one use. Restaurant - the thing I liked most about the restaurant is the fact that there is a vegan menu, something I have not seen anywhere in Moldova. On the other hand, there is no vegan option at breakfast. At one meal I asked them to make oatmeal with soy milk, and they did - but it was more like oat soup than porridge. On one of the evenings we tried the vegan menu, in which some of the dishes were very good and some were very bad. For example, the cauliflower cream soup with truffles was amazing, but the salad with the vegan cheese came simply with a slice of tofu, which indicates a lack of understanding of how tofu is used. Anyway, the biggest problem with the restaurant is that the food takes a long time to arrive. We waited at least 30 minutes every time we ordered. The waiter doesn't really know his job either and confuses the dishes all the time.

Great room, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing grounds with 2 swimming pools. The location is not the best if you are traveling by foot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
