Literally just a few step to the beach, in terms of it's location. Super strategic that's pretty much added value of this hotel compares to other. Service and rooms, at least ours, had pretty standard facilities and features. We did stay for the night simply because looking for quieter time to be there (once passed 5 pm onwards, until 9 am the next day). The best time to enjoy Ancol with family.

This place is located inside Ancol, just at the back of the famous Dufan, the themed park. The room feels like in the 90s era, but very spacious. It has pool and slides for kids, also some kids corner and actual kid size snake and ladder. The breakfast is delicious, it has balance taste. This hotel would be worth for short escaped from crowded Jakarta.

Beautiful hotel with VERY COMFY BED. The room was spacious & smells very nice. Was allowed VERY EARLY check in at 11am on a weekday, thank you! Ancol Dufan is walking distance from the hotel. A bit far but YOU CAN DO IT! Breakfast spread was awesome and covers a variety of local & international cuisine. Unfortunately the hotel did not clean the pool after the weekends, after a short dip, minor rashes & itches developed on my skin. Thankfully the hotel took action and escorted me to the in-house clinic for a free treatment (after a long arguments at the front counter insisting to the front counter that I WOULD NOT PAY FOR A CLINIC VISIT THAT WAS CAUSED BY YOUR HOTEL THANK YOU VERY MUCH). The hotel is also some walk away from bus station, & the bus has a bit erratic schedule of every 15-30mins. Not Gojek friendly (need to pay for car entrance 35k & driver 20k), so walked outside to the Marina Gate for my Gojek order, not too far from the hotel. All in all, if you have the money, this is one of the best place to stay. Not so for budget-oriented gal like me *laughs*

Spent a weekend at DiscoveryAncol and it was fantastic. The hotel is nestled right by the beach, giving off some real vacation vibes. The room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy balcony with ocean views. Loved the fast, reliable WiFi for those Netflix evenings. Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to help or give local recommendations. Breakfast was a hit—good variety, fresh ingredients, and even some local dishes to try out. Don't miss the pool; it's the perfect place to unwind. All in all, DiscoveryAncol offers a delightful escape without leaving the city. Perfect for families or romantic getaways

"I visisted this hotel in Nov-22, and had a very relaxing experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the amenities such as the pool and gym. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
