They tout themselves to be the best resort on the island but I really don’t think so. The premises, especially common areas, are not clean and some areas like the lift, smell of mold. They leave the lounge chairs cushions out in the rain so they are wet and gross. The main pool is very small. Service is so mechanical, by rote and slow. The people answering the phones are mere messengers who can’t answer basic questions so you wait so long to get an answer. I don’t know what is the hype about this place but it’s nowhere near being the best, especially compared to other world class resorts. The beach front is great though but you can stay at many other decent places on the same beach front for less. They have some nice touches though like a welcome drink, foot bath and chocolates and farewell snack. Great they have a free shuttle too. Just wish they’d attend to the more important basics like knowledgeable, personalised service and cleanliness. Not value for money

The resorts are great..the staff are friendly and very accomodating. The service is hassle free, comfort is great. Few downside, the pool is small with lots of people and the couch is always busy. I’ve been wanting to chill and relax but I didn’t have a chance because it’s always packed. Also, some few things in our room that wasn’t maintained well. The rice on the buffet breakfast was uncooked. Overall it was great experience.👍🏻

The most amazing beach resort we have stayed in. The service was outstanding with special mention to Jigs, Gen and Paul. Outstanding personal touches for our wedding anniversary. The buffet breakfast and restaurants are amazing. Morning and afternoon teas handed out along with ice therapy, cleaning your sunglasses and setting up day beds on the beach for you. Definitely worth staying here and we will definitely be back

As someone with lifetime status with Marriott and Hilton, I normally do not start from those to brands, but after multiple great reviews of this resort I took a chance and I'm happy I did. From the amazing Airport to Resort transport service to the attention to detail while on the property it's apparent they care about their guests. We stayed in one of the 2 story villas and anytime we left without asking someone would come by and tidy up our room and replenish any items we used. Don't miss out out the Spa, as I had one of the most relaxing massages of my life. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of coming to Boracay

My first trip to Boracay. Highly recommend this hotel, the transport from airport is hassel free. The hotel also arranged for tranport to send us around. Our room had a leakage and immediately they got us another room and even sent a staff to help us move to a better room. Staff are warm, extremely friendly and attentive. They will come and make the room more than once if you need them to. We decided to chill on the last day and the hotel staff were so attentive, they came to set up the mat and cushion for us to lie down, gave us ice cubes and cold towel to cool our faces. They then went round spraying Evian face mist on us and then feed us with brownie. I am truly impressed with such services.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
