What I like about the hotel, location is perfect close to the mall, I stayed at the business flat ( it's actually a room not flat) it very nice. The fitness center is perfect. The breakfast is fine. Staff very friendly. What I don't like : the swimming pool opens from 4 pm it's almost closed all the day time, the esteem room is not allowed to be used unless you book for massage, the service at the bar in 16 floor is not good even though there were a few customers.

From the moment i stepped foot into the hotel, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly attentive throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, making me feel like a VIP. Their professionalism and friendly nature truly enhanced my overall experience. The room itself was absolutely stunning exuding elegance ang style. The spacious layout and tasteful decor created a sophisticated ambiance that made me feel at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design was evident, from the comfortable bedding to the luxurious furnishings. Overall, my overnight stay at this 5-star hotel was nothing short exeptional. One of the standout features of Discover Primera Hotel is its impeccable cleanliness. The rooms were spotless, and every corner of the hotel seemed to be meticulously maintained. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
