We were disappointed with this hotel and will not be back. Here are the positives: comfortable clean bed and good location. The front desk staff, luggage attendant and bar/restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. The negatives: we had no hot water for most of our first day (cold shower in the winter?!). It was not fixed within the hour as promised. The kind front desk attendant waived the daily wifi/gym use fee and told us to speak with the manager upon check out. The manager did not care and did nothing to remedy the situation. He did not even apologize nor explain for the lack of hot water. It was shocking to receive such poor customer service from a manager of the hotel. As a former hotel chain employee, this was inexcusable behavior. In addition, we had no telephone in the room to call front desk. I had to use my cellphone to google the hotel phone number. Hot water and a telephone are very basic necessities for a hotel to provide. No coffee machine in room. No bathrobes as depicted on the website. This is a 2 star hotel and not worth the price paid.

A reasonably priced hotel. Not fancy, but will suffice for most people. Glass door shower, comfortable beds, good lighting, tv, mini fridge, and all basic items needed for a pleasant stay. Plus, a great view from the top.

Extremely disappointing. For 650.00 a night I had expectation of cleanliness and a professional and responsive staff. I booked adjoining rooms and arrived to find they didn't have and that despite 3 confirmatory calls they stated 'we don't have any notes regarding adjoining rooms.' My niece and her son and another guest were stuck in the elevator- and they continued to let quests use the elevator. The bathroom was not clean- locks of hair in shower and less than clean toilet bowl. Request to speak with manager- wasn't realized. Two phone calls and 2 emails once home- not answered. You have lots of choices in NYC- I wouldn't make this one of them.

This is a great hotel, we really enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly and great! The restaurant/bar was a great experience (thanks Alexis!), with good pricing too. Room was very nice, and the location of this hotel is really convenient - just a couple blocks walk to Times Square. Overall I really liked this place, and will definitely be back for a family trip. Thanks Distrikt!

A suitable hotel if you'd like to be near Times Square and theaters. The room was in good shape and decent sized. Bathroom was nice. View was of a brick wall but that didn't matter to me. Restaurant and bar on-site and the "resort fee" they charge gives you credit for food and drink. Staff seemed alert and responsive. Was able to leave a bag on check-out day. Elevators were slow.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
