The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable and equipped with all services in the rooms.. Their service is fast and excellent. Almost everyone speaks English. The location of the hotel is very wonderful, as it is close to Taksim. When you finish visiting places in Istanbul, you can go from the hotel at night to spend a beautiful evening walking and eating the distinguished fast food in Turkey, sweets and ice cream, without thinking about the distance of the hotel because it is near you whenever you feel like sleeping. You can come back quickly.. The only thing that bothered me in the room was the sound of the alarm system, which was very annoying. I hope those in charge find a solution to this problem. The hotel's decor is very beautiful and makes you feel happy and happy.

Excellent location opposite the bustling taksim square. Breakfast was very good. We thought the quality of food at the breakfast was great. The rooms were stuffy though even though we had the windows opened. Around $170 per night.

Excellent place to stay if your looking for a good location and an excellent staff this is your’s to go to. The lobby is so cozy. We had dinner and we came at the end of the shift they sought to us till the very end. اللي يبي مكان نظيف و وخدمة ممتازه لا يتعداه.

Be careful that hotel is not safe at all, my brother left his two bags with the hotel ‘s safe room and one of the bags was stolen from the hotel safe room!!! The bag carries valuable stuff that worth more than 30000$. The other bag was left outside beside the reception and not inside the safe room although he asked them to. When we asked them to open security cameras they said its not working!!! BTW

An excellent hotel in the central location of Taksim Square. The hotel is an institution. Luxuriously decorated, extremely safe, with very polite staff who are at your service at all times. Nicely furnished spacious rooms with everything you need, SPA area with saunas, hammam and large swimming pool. Decently decorated pastry shop, beautiful pub. A diverse selection of quality foods for breakfast, a wealth of flavors, colors of fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, etc. Special praise to the entire hotel staff as well as the very helpful maid Yefer D.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
