One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. For what they deem as a "5 star hotel" is a joke. The entire place is manufactured stucco. It rained our first night there and completely flooded our entire bathroom. The place stunk of mold and mildew. I sat in the bathroom using the toilet and literally was soaked after 2 minutes. Even with other rooms available they did not move us. The manager, if you can call him that offered an hour at the spa when we were checking out knowing fully well we'd never be back. All of the drinks are $20+ each. You are basically stranded in the middle of the island with the option of 2 hours of walking or a $50 taxi ride which the hotel conveniently offers for closer to $90. The entire thing is a giant sham. Save yourself the money and walk past it, we found a dozen other places significantly nicer with the same views for a quarter of the price.

Unique suites straight out of a fairy tale, a hotel of special architecture with services that you will find it hard to part with! Breakfast for even the most demanding customers, amazing cuisine in the wonderful restaurant and cool cocktails for the sunset. All this in a view of the caldera that really compensates you. The kindness of the staff is unforgettable! The best in Santorini, thank you very much for the hospitality

We just had a wonderful stay at Divine Cave Experience. Andrew and Giannis were wonderful and had great suggestions for the whole island, very friendly and welcoming with a smile and had great knowledge. Rooms were nicely laid out, and hot tub overlooking caldera was a huge bonus. There is the famous walking trail from fira to oia directly outside of all rooms, so expect people to walk by and look into your room. Breakfasts were very tasty and filling. We did have dinner here once, but thought the food was only ok for dinner, wheras the breakfasts were superb. There was a hair straightener inside of the room which my wife was very happy about. Our only quarrel was the location, it was very difficult to walk anywhere at night during shoulder season as the walkways are not lit up, and restaurants in the vicinity are closed. Overall, our experience at divine cave.... was simply divine.

The hotel is so so beautiful! We had the cosmic suite which had a private jacuzzi few steps up from the room which was perfect as you get a beautiful view of the sea and the village of oia. There is a walking trail in front of the hotel where people keep hiking so unless you have your doors closed, there is limited privacy. We didnt find it to be inconvenient though as a lot of hotels are located like this. This was the plus point of having the cosmic suite since our jacuzzi was few steps up and people walking by couldn’t see that area. The breakfast is amazing at the hotel. Their orange juice, greek yoghurt, spinach pie and avocado toast was amazing! The staff is very sweet and helpful. The view from the restaurant was amazing too. The room has all amenities, a big TV, toiletries, hair dryer (even a straightener), kettle, you name it. In case they dont, just a quick call and they will arrange it. The hotel is just a little pricey but if you are fine splurging, totally worth it! The pool area is lovely and the floating beds look enticing! We regret not spending some time there. Would highly suggest reserving one evening to watch the sunset from your room and an afternoon at the pool! Loved loved our stay! If you are paying so much, get its worth! Oh, and you can see the beautiful sunset from the rooms! PS. The hotel does not give a volcano view due to its location in imervogili. If you want that, would recommend staying in Fira.

10 stars!! Very luxurious hotel. Loved the cave aesthetic while still being super modern and romantic. The room was great, outside hot tub, pool area, view I’d the caldera was beautiful. The restaurant was very good as well with gorgeous view as you eat. I wish I could have gotten the waiter’s name but he was extremely helpful and friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
