Older property. Good location near other hotels, the Medina, and the port. The breakfast could use significant improvement. Some wall repairs in the room are patched up, but not painted. A)C is very noisy at high settings. It's a bit difficult to communicate if you are an English speaker. Day and night staff do not speak English fluently.

Stayed as part of a tour. The rooms I saw and my one I stayed in were massive. I had a big open area with couch separate toilet eith bidet and then separate shower room and a mini hallway. The bed comfortable and clean. Shower worked well. They provided shampoo conditioner and soap. Breakfast was Allgood, I think from memory there was no fruit or yogurt option. Only thing I could hear the shower above me very loudly and the bathroom paint seemed very old like they had scrubbed mould off it and there was old soap blocks left in the shower. It seemed like it was in a Allgood area. We walked to the Medina and to dinner and back. Maybe 10-15 minute walk. Staff were friendly.

Old, smelly, filthy, building. Front desk gave us such a very hard time with making the payment. Won’t even take Apple Pay! The location is very unsafe, surrounded by creepy old buildings. I don’t recommend at all.

We got free parking on front of the hotell, we came at night offered for us a very nice buffet. The room is clean at the 9. Floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
