My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The professionalism of all staff, from receptionist to housekeepers' was second to none. The food was delicious as well and the guys playing music during evening meal created a wonderful ambience. Only downside is that it does appear to look rundown from the outside, but otherwise I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

If you want a cheap holiday and are spending the majority of your trip doing activities, Diwane is a decent place to stay. We had a few issues with our stay. The first being the rooms were dirty. There was dirt in the toilet and all metal components of the bathroom were covered in a thick layer of limescale/rust. The second being the noise level of other guests. At 4:30 in the morning on our first night we were woken up by loud shouting and music by other guests. I spoke to reception about the issue, they said it’s a Friday night and people get drunk. I was quite taken aback by their response as there was no attempt to resolve what had happened. The noise level outside is also an issue too. If you are facing the main road I would recommend you purchase some earplugs. The pool area is nice but there are a few flies (but that’s out of their control). The pool water was very cold but after some time it was okay. If you want to do activities, I would recommend looking on TripAdvisor and not at the hotel as it is very expensive.

A nice hotel. Its clean and tidy but it does need updating. Things look tired but the staff and service is good. The breakfast is buffet style and is varied and plentiful. They have a nice bar menu and it's reasonably priced. Its about a 25 minute walk to the centre of Marrakech ( the Medina) and a 10 minute taxi ride. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and cafes and lots of shops so you don't have to wander into the centre if you don't feel up to it.

I'll do a, good and bad points. Good. Friendly staff Spacious rooms Pool Cheap Location Bad. Not a 4 star Clean to a standard. Breakfast disappointing 3 guys banging a drum the same EVERY night Dated hotel opposite a building site It served its purpose. It was a cheep 3 night get away. Wasn't expecting luxury and we didn't get it. But was more than enough for what we needed. We didn't spend much time in the hotel as it was a flying visit. The location suited us well. 20 min taxi from airport. 30 min walk to madina Nice restaurants close bye. I wouldn't put someone off staying hear, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it.

The hotel staff were amazing, very polite and helpful. Room was a little tired however it was clean and comfortable and it was serviced everyday. A great location for shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the Medina. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
