I believe no the all room is same like my room . In terms of price, location, and room amenities, it offers good value for money. However, there is a major issue of having cockroaches. Fortunately, they are all small cockroaches, with two on the table, one in the corner of the wall, and one coming out from the drain as soon as the toilet is flushed. This has greatly unnerved my wife. There are two other minor issues: the toilet lacks proper ventilation, and two out of the four pillows have an unpleasant odor, possibly due to not being properly dried. Nonetheless, the hotel's facilities and design are satisfactory, and the room is well-equipped. The front desk service is also good, and apart from the strong soapy smell on the bathroom floor, there are no significant odors in the room. The pricing is reasonable. I genuinely hope that the hygiene issues can be resolved. Overall, I am quite satisfied and hope to return if these issues are addressed. Terrible stay and location. First when I enter, the toilet was so smelly. Couldn't identify the small comes from. We had to bath along the disgusting smell. Second, since hotel is just beside highway, you will always hear car and bike sound when you sleep and unable to sleep peacefully. Very Noisy. Third, next day when we wake up and go to toilet. There is no WATER !!!. When check some pipe probelm it seems. We have to go temple and got cancelled due to water issue. The air-conditioning also very very slow and not cooling at all. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. However, as soon as we stepped into the elevator in the lobby and walked the hall way to our room, we noticed a strong cigarette smell throughout, and this smell persisted the entire night that we stayed here, and this largely due to the lack of ventilation in the room and hallways. We stayed here just for one short night before heading to Melaka and I did not had a good sleep for this reason. Additionally, like others have mentioned - the toilet's floor was not very clean and the toilet itself was a bit musty.

Room is spacious but looks old. The towel provided have funny smell. Aircond is not cold enough. Shower water is not hot. Cheap but it should be more like a 2-star hotel instead of 3-star it claim.

Actually, it's good for the one night only.Because,The hotel lobby area is good but the rooms are not good. Price is very cheap and the all facilities were very cheap.The Bathroom is unpleasant.The floor in the toilet is wet and smelly.Need to room maintenance.🛏️🚽🧻🧼🚿

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
