it is impossible to actually get a hold of someone that knows how to do their job. everyone is clueless. email sent for cancellation and even called but at the end of the day, i still need to pay WHEN I HAVE CANCELLED 10 DAYS BEFORE, do not stay here!

I stay around 5 days and i pay everyday 80 RM for the room and 10 RM tourism tax and 50 RM as deposit i pay it the 1st day , now i make check out the return to me only 40 RM, i try to know why i didn't get answer , just she show me message from her colleague say that she need to back to me 40 RM , 10 RM is nothing but don't treat people like stupid

Family had a pleasant 2 nights stay here. Environment was good, hotel room was clean, comfy beds at a reasonable price and staffs were really friendly! Located nearby Sunway Pyramid (just about 10min walk), convenient store just right next door and a really good Chinese hawker stalls right at the corner behind this block!

NOT RECOMMENDED It is not quite far from Sunway pyramid, and finding local or intl foods are easy But the hotel service is disappointing. I stayed only 1 night but pay for 2 since I came too earlY. but previously, I have requested an early check in too, and still my booked room is not ready yet. They said that there is no such thing as early check in service. We have to switch room twice AGAIN afterwards. The room is prepared messily, TV is not working, towel rack missing, water heater does not work properly. The room service takes time although cooperative eventually, but most of the staffs are not welcoming. Staff and taxi service are quite tricky alliances, hence tourist might be required to pay much more than the taxi meter itself. I know that a trip to airport with a taxi called by phone costs 14RM extra from the taxi meter. The taxi meter shows only 48RM, but the hotel and the taxi driver FORCED me to pay 90RM. Please be honest to your customers, don't trick them to earn more profit. WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN

Bathroom sliding door cant be closed. Cabinet is in poor condition. Aircond is not cool even after setting to max. Everything's sucks here even for 80 bucks. Not worth it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
