Excellent location and most all the staff we met were incredible and a real asset. The rooms are nice, but lack the finish and quality of a 5 star establishment. Lots or marks, dent and stains etc, leaky shower, draws that don't close properly and a broken window lock that was particularly concerning. Also, the pool was in dire need of some TLC. Overall a pleasant stay, but need to maintain the quality of the rooms/pool area a bit better.

If I could give the Dock House Boutique a 10/10 I would. The service here exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. Donovan was nothing short of excellent when welcoming us, showing us around the property, and giving us insight on places to go and things to do. The breakfast was included with the cost and the food here was some of the best we ate (see photo of the menu). The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean, and quiet. Not to mention the building itself is stunning with it being 500 years old. The location is right across the street from the V&A Waterfront if you are looking for a tourist location. They have staff at all hours making it a safe and secure place at any time of day. If you are hesitant to stay here, don't be, you won't regret it.

Great views and awesome staff. Went to the spa to get a massage and had a great experience. Walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and the Aquarium. Definitely awesome day was had here

My husband and I stayed at the Dock House for the first part of our honeymoon. We can not recommend this place enough, the location is amazing! A special thank you to Donavon and Innocent for taking very good care of us throughout the stay! Very clean and beautiful rooms, food was amazing!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
