        You are the joke saying it was nothing wrong with the room.Why we had to buy all the bedding linen then??because yours were disgusting we couldn't use and we wanted the money back for what we had to buy to could use the bed as you should provide clean bedding not treating customers below human dignity. And as I explained we came to London for a reason and had busy schedule and we wasted enough time looking for car parking when it was said parking on the side! And then we had appointments we barely manage to attend. You lied saying the room is being cleaned on daily basic😂That what made me laugh!!you don't know what cleaning is!!But do not worry I have photos to prove if I am lying or you! And people can decide on their own.If I had known how this room really looks and smells beforehand I would NOT choosen that room even if it was for free and last one,I would prefer sleeping in the car!disgraceful!!! It made me sick!!I pulled all your disgusting linen bedding and I bought mine to could lie down!!you should feel embarrassed and ashamed!!!for offering this room.Its not worth any penny not £53 .There is another review for this apartment saying the same thing as it was a den. All reviews for this room are bad!Just go to your apartment now and throw away your whole bed and buy a new one finally!And do proper cleaning as the customer I had to do it for you!to use the toilet I had fo clean it first!!as it was dirty as everything in that room! And BTE we did not overslept !!( do not assume things as there are wrong!!!!!!)as we only slept I guess 2 hours in total as the smell of cigarettes in that room was absolutely shocking and intoxicating and broken springs were hurting my body. We though the checkout was till 11 when booking not 10! and we were already on the go. We had to take cold shower as no hot water!!! and then my boyfriend had to go for a car which was over 20 mins away and return it as too long journey on feet when I had one leg injured and carrying bags!!!! Of course you lie to lie other potential customers so they can threw their money aaay to book your"apartment"as it's only a business for you. No single problem?that's funny 😂😂😂😂😂😂I think that maybe you one of these people whom does not bother leaving in dirt but as you provide the service for other people the standards your provide are below any dignity!!!

        IT IS NOT AN APARTMENT... BUT IT IS A 4X3.5 ROOM with kitchenette. So first of all dishonest. NOT RECOMMENDED. Not clean. Unprofessional. Not careful. I booked for 3 (family with 8 year old child, so big not baby) gave us a room with a queen size bed. Found only one towel, requested several times, another one arrived only which also didn't smell good. Two days in the midst of an unpleasant smell and spent in the room not well. NOT RECOMMENDED

        Save your money! Dirty place and nothing to do with the photos. Dirty and without towels… we had to complain. TV that doesn't work (remote without batteries). Poor hot water… no cutlery or anything. We found the sheets dirty and hair!!! The hardest thing is that it left us without electricity the last night before we left and we couldn't shower or use the microwave... in the dark while packing our suitcase. I can't imagine this person what he will be like with his employees. Don't go!!!

        TO AVOID Very dirty apartment, uncomfortable bed, sheet with unbearable smell, noisy (on a busy street, in front of a traffic light). Unjustified price paid, bordering on fraud.
