Absolutely horrific. We booked through booking because it has high rating but my goodness what a disappointment. We paid €700 for 4 nights. We left after one night. And of course we didn’t get our money back. I have all the photos to back my review. We were deceived by the photos. The dust on headboard was disgusting. The pillows are stuffed with cotton. The cracks and holes on all the furniture and doors were horrible. We arrived late at night so we couldn’t leave that night we had to sleep till the next morning and then we were out. I do not recommend this place at all. You’re better off finding decent hotels for that price. Even our driver told us that the reviews on booking were probably not real. So bad. So so bad.

Finally i check out today. They gave me a lot of good memorize. İ travel 3 or 4 times to Istanbul for my bussines from Berlin. It was my first time there but it won’t be last time.. Everyone is helpfull. And rooms are so clean, thank for everyting see you next time

Was the worst place i stayed in including staff attitude. İ reserved apartment 1+1 they gave me very small room and when i arrived at 18:30 they sent me to other place because they don't have availability till 22:00 and they asked me why you came early and if you want your room now you will pay double price. İ told him to get my room at 19.00 i have to pay double he and that girl from HK Asmaa they said yes you have to be grateful that we are trying to help you. İ will never recommend this garbage place to anybody. İ stayed with the same price in more beautiful hotels and suites. But it was mistake that i paid before seeing which one they will give it to me. They showed me something and give me something else. İ warning everybody take care when you reserve with them.

Very bad experience. We saw the mouse in the suite and this hotel is not clean and healthy. In whole period of our residency, AC was defective and they didn't care about it. Their customer service is too bad. We got sick in this hotel base on wastewater way smell and they didn't care and didn't pay attention to it. Not Recommended 😔

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
