We stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it. It's one of the best accommodations we've been here during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The room was like a little apartment with a very well equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, stove, pans, cutlery, plates etc), a TV with a couch, a dining table, a very comfortable bed, free water/tea/coffee every day, a wardrobe and a lot of storage area. Everything looked quite new and we felt like home. The furniture has a nice modern wooden look, the floor is also wooden, there are some paintings on the wall and the light makes a cozy ambient. The shower is separated with hot water and good pressure. There was also a window, without a view but you get light during the day. The hotel is located in the "second row" behind the big hotels at the beachfront and it was absolutely quiet too. The staff was very attentive and friendly as well. We had daily room service with fresh towels, drinking water and refilling of the complimentary products. For breakfast we could choose from different options and there's a small "buffet" where you get coffee, tea, water, some fresh fruits and toast. We also liked that the staff put our motorbike inside every night. We really enjoyed our stay here and could highly recommend this place. It's absolutely worth every penny and we wouldn't hesitate to come back here again.

We stayed here over a month and would have loved to stay longer. Yen, the day manager is the ultimate professional and treated us with kind and caring service - along with the excellent housekeeping staff who kept everything thing immaculate - smiling and friendly throughout our stay. Requests were immediately attended to with pleasant hospitality. They have everything you will need for a long term stay. Breakfast is available and optional. Water pressure is great, hot water plentiful and many bathroom amenities provided. The hotel owner has obviously been decorating with thoughtful planning making seaside decor and surroundings feel very calming and relaxed. Things like shoe holders at your doorway and full size refrigerator tell you someone knows how to run a hotel, and do it right ! We can’t wait to return - but this time we will make my reservations well in advance so I can stay much longer ! Cảm ơn -

Highly recommend! We lived here for 6.5 months and would love to stay longer if we could Cool rooftop pool, sauna, small gym. The room is clean, dry (during the rain season) and quiet (no karaoke sounds), well renovated and has everything you need, cleaning 2 times a week along with laundry. This is the only hotel in Vietnam without ants at all (out of 11 where we were)! So this is the best hotel during our entire trip (and there were many countries and hotels) suitable for long stays. And certainly with the best managers on the reception! ❤️ They take great care of the guests. The cleaning staff is great too!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Receptionists are very polite and helpful, they helped us with every question. Our room was very clean, spacious and had a great ocean view. Hotel has a nice gym and pool. Breakfast was very delicious. Would have stayed longer if I could! Highly recommended ⭐️

The receptionists are all very polite and hard working. Was supposed to stay 5 nights but we extended 3 more nights because everything was so good. Breakfast is amazing too. There are pool, a little gym and sauna, and location is great as well. The staffs are amazing, thank you so much for your hard work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
