        Had to book this place as a family of 5 with 3 young children under 10 due to our late night train being cancelled on our way back from Bruges. We just needed a bed for the night. All I can say is that it was relatively clean. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower could only manage boiling hot or freezing cold and nothing in between and the shower head was caked in limescale. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the adjacent rooms talking late into the night and first thing in the morning. I wouldn't mind if the price was right but at £337 for the room it was hard to swallow. I would not stay in such a place again. I would rather pay double or triple next time and go somewhere more comfortable.

        The only good thing about this hotel was the location and the price. We were with a group of 5 and the room for 5 people was awful. It was big enough for maybe 2 people. It was super hot and there was no air conditioning and a tiny fan. The worst part was the window would get only open a small bit. We were dying in the heat all day and night…it was a joke! Plus dragging our luggage up 5 flight of narrow stairs was a nightmare. The shower was either super hot or freezing cold. If you have a group don’t stay here! It’s way too small and so uncomfortable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
