The hotel is lovely and really relaxing but unfortunately, we had a really bad experience. We asked about hiring a babysitter for the day and about the price. I was told a price per day (for 7 hours) which seemed quite cheap but after all it was the same price when we rent a villa in Marrakech. Just to double/tripple check, I asked 3 times if it was the price per day or the price per hour. They confirmed 3 times it was the price per day (for 7 hours). So we hired the babysitter for 2 full days (2x 7 hours). We also paid for her lunch and gave her an hour to rest. But when we got the bill, I found out that the price per day was actually the price per hour!!! So we ended up with a huge babysitter bill which we never expected. I asked to speak to the person who told me about the price at first but he denied everything. I asked for a refund or to split the bill or any kind of arrangement but they refused. We ended the conversation when he said someone from management will be in touch. One month later, no news obviously. I felt I have been abused and I am so disappointed to be treated like that especially when you go to these kind of high standard hotels and you pay so much money.

***AVOID*** Awful place, ran by the single worst management team you can encounter. Kemza, Rime and Jamilia had a policy of either ‘it’s your fault’ or ‘it’s the hotel policy, we can’t help’. This place left me speechless. The owner Mr Slaoui should be ashamed they represent him. Issues whilst we were here included - - victim of fraud directly from the hotel, but don’t worry it’s happened to many guests apparently - no hot water - constant banging and noise as they were refurbing rooms next door to our room. Sometimes this noise went in until 9pm - kitchen slow, it took over 90 mins for room service one night. General time between starter and main was 60 mins - served our child raw chicken for lunch - no power in sockets on arrival - giant ants all over room on arrival. We had to put towels down on the door seam to try stop them entering the room with our child in If you want customer service at a base level or any kind of accountability this isn’t the place for you. Fake smiles and the feeling your presence is wasting the hotels time though and it’s a cracker . Addition note to the above review - the reply to this review shows the staff for what it is and proves the point. They fail to respond to the numerous issues during our stay. Instead they respond with lies and unprofessionally. We did not make a payment as I told the hotel a number of times. We gave card details as asked for directly by the hotel. They did not tell us not to prior to us responding. They did this after. I tried a number of times to ask the hotel for support, to which they accepted the fault and then refused it. The hours stated were in fact 3 meetings after the hotel never got back to us on their promises. The service as you can see from this reply is truly appalling. Avoid this place like the plague

This resort is truly beautiful, very well maintained and at night all the candles make a great atmosphere. The rooms are amazing, with all the necessary amenities and it’s cleaned daily. The only thing that was not up to par was the food, unfortunately both lunch and dinner were not 5 star worthy. Checking in took very long, we waited for 45 minutes to be brought to a room where the bed was not made. This was fixed quickly however.

ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE AND HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! The rooms were beautiful and they treated us like family. EVERYONE was kind and helpful. I loved both Muhammads (Front Desk Attendant & Room Service Attendant) and Oualid as well! He helped us get set up for a new taxi after we overslept then he even went as far as to drive to the train station when we left a very important tribal hat. Muhammad (room service) remembered all my favorite menu items and brought us anything we needed with such genuine service. The best part of my 4 nights in Marrakesh was the hotel and it’s staff. Thank you all for being so amazing and kind hearted !

We had an amazing stay at Domaine des Remparts, for 9 nights in march. The hotel is great, good amenities, the spaces are comfortable, well decorated, and you quickly feel at home. It was the perfect solution for us: not a small riad nor a big resort or chain, close to the city with a free shuttle transfer several times a day (big plus!), but far enough to escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. It’s quiet, a real hidden oasis with greens and birds (and a curious cat we named Atlas). The bedding and room itself is also good, spacious and comfortable, the only suggestion for improvement we have would be changing the shower head (116). There is one big pool, and a smaller one that is heated, awesome for the colder months or grey weather. The food is also good: breakfast is amazing, lunch is healthy at the pool restaurant, and evening dinner is a treat as well with both local and french cuisine. The plates are beautiful, and some products come directly from the gardens (edible flowers, fruit…). But what makes the experience so good and worth 5 stars is the friendly staff and great service. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and have answered all of our small requests or questions with a smile and provided the right solutions. A big thank you to the whole team, you made our vacation really special! Tip: grab breakfast on the grass in the sun in front of the restaurant, and ask them to light the fireplace in your room at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
