        Had the most amazing stay at the hotel. The views are amazing. The location is so tranquil and calm just perfect for a relaxing holiday. Mike and his team made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was super amazing. The only negative is the WiFi connection which is very poor. The indoor jacuzzi was perfect. You will need a car to travel around the island. As public transport is not reliable and taxis are very expensive. We hired quad bikes for a day for £70. Regretted not hiring a car.

        Awesome experience! Scenic and quiet resort with a nice room. The service was great and the breakfast was really good every morning. The main area of Imerovigli is about a 30 minute walk from the hotel - the walk is challenging but the views of the Caldera are amazing and worth it.

        The view and location was nice because they had some good restaurants nearby!! They had a nice breakfast as well. BUT - We usually only share the positives, but there were some aspects that were bad. There was a couch in our room that already had a small burn mark when we checked in and post checking out, after 2 weeks, without informing us, they charged our card a 200$ fine for that, without even checking in with us. Luckily we noticed ourselves. This was a very upsetting ordeal for us to go through to constantly try to talk to them and our bank . There were ants in our room as well and the private pool in our room was dirty and had white stuff in it always. Also there isn’t a sunset view from the room, and what’s Greece without a beautiful sunset right? Look into that as well, if that’s a priority for you. If not, it works!

        My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. Despite being advertised as a kids-friendly establishment, it fell short in several areas, making it unsuitable for families. The abundance of stairs throughout the property made it extremely challenging to navigate with a stroller, especially for my pregnant wife. In addition, the room itself had hidden small steps that were difficult to see, leading to an unfortunate accident where we both stumbled and fell. The lack of visibility at night made this even more hazardous. Furthermore, the room was unclean, infested with spiders, ants, and dust, while the bed sheets infested as well with ants and were damp and dirty. We found rust on the bath towels. We also encountered a safety concern with a loose electrical wire in the room, which was quite alarming. The restaurant had limited menu options and failed to accommodate simple requests. When we asked for sliced avocado and white rice for our children, we were told it wasn’t available, and we were advised to go elsewhere for off-menu requests. It’s disappointing that a hotel rated 4 stars couldn’t fulfill such a basic request. The pool was not heated, resulting in extremely cold water, and the main pool was impractical to use due to its low temperature. Additionally, the jacuzzi was broken, and the service at the pool was poor, with lengthy waits for towels. There is zero wifi signal in this hotel, We were told by the manager that this the way it is all around Santorini, this a lie we move to a different hotel accros the street and the wifi is perfect, again do not trust anything you see or hear about this hotel. The breakfast at this hotel was served cold, and unfortunately, all three of us fell ill as a result. Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to discover a wonderful hotel just across the street, where we could finally enjoy the remaining days of our trip without any issues. Upon expressing our concerns to the front desk, their response was discouraging, suggesting that we leave and even threatening to involve the police. This lack of customer service was truly disheartening. I would strongly advise fellow travelers, especially Americans, to NOT choose this hotel. It fails to deliver on its promises, lacking basic amenities and displaying poor/worst customer service. The pictures may depict an appealing establishment, but the reality falls far short. In my opinion, this hotel barely deserves two stars, if not less.

        Expectations vs reality, that is how I will tag the hotel. From the pictures online, one will feel the hotel is right in between the views with white walls and blue domes, sadly that wasn’t the case. The hotel itself looks quite decent with the rooms, pools and sea view; but outside view is untamed mountain and fields! Besides the views, the low rating is also for the unclean hot-tub, bathroom shower not functioning, weak wireless network, no mirror(only the one in the bathroom, with dim lights) and old electrical/ light equipments. The staff (reception) wasn’t welcoming at all. I mean for what you pay, the service was below average! The positive ratings are for the terrace, sea view and the breakfast plate, which gets delivered to your room by the gentleman usually on the bar :). Conclusion: If you are visiting Santorini (short-stay), you would go for the views- sadly this place isn’t a recommendation!
