This is truly a gem! I loved everything about it. I spent 17 days in Rome and have no complaints. Cleaning service daily, water, coffee, tea, shuttle service and great attention via WhatsApp. I loved the fact they give you an unique code to enter the building, apartment and room. Feeling safe is a huge thing for me and YouRoom made me feel like I was at home. In my next visit, I’m definitely staying here again. :)

A very nice place. The only minus point is that the room is a little stuffy. but it can be tolerated. After airing, there is no problem. 5 stars for location, cleanliness and everything.

I was skeptical about my stay before my visit due to the lack of an in-person concierge but Belen and her team exceeded all my expectations. A very spacious room with high ceilings in the heart of Rome where many of the city's sites are within a 20-25 minute walk.

This is really a hidden gem lovely!!! The beds are so nice. Everything so clean , serene and beautifull. . Top notch rooms. Location is super excellent , close by sharing ebikes. Will get you downtown to colloseo in 5 minutes of ebiking. Closeby supermarket. Its so nice, free parking inside. Really recommend this to anyone!! From Roma Termini u can get here by bus 92 stops at pucchine. Small walk and u are here. No need for taxi.

Clean, cool, everything in working order and excellent location. Room is cleaned daily, towels changed etc. proper hotel service minus the breakfast but there’s an excellent cafe just across the road. Free coffee and tea.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
