        Interior and exterior of this location is disgusting. Rooms are very small and are not accurate depiction of the photos online. Place was uninhabitable in my opinion and when asked for a refund was told that no ride refunds were available. The location had no elevator and our rooms are on the second and third floor. Each floor required to flights with suitcases. It was near impossible. This location is totally unacceptable and I would highly recommend that I want to book this location.

        Super helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. That being said, when you walk in to the main entrance, it does not look like a hotel. It gave off some serious "eastern European Crack den" vibes. I was very worried walking up the 2 flights of stairs. But the rooms were pretty nice. However, there was no air circulation in the room, the only "window" opened up to an abandoned elevator shaft (that smelt like fried food for some reason) and the walls were paper thin (I could hear the person next to us clear out his morning lung butter). But who goes to Rome to spend time in the hotel room? The important things where there, location, clean, and great staff.

        Overall it wasn’t the worst, walls are paper thin and could hear snoring all night. Towards the end of the stay we left our suitcases with the hotel as they said they can keep them for us, but to come back to one suitcase being mixed up with others. At first we thought someone took it by mistake but that wasnt the case. They misplaced the suitcase and put it in another persons room. We asked to see cctv but they said it didnt work. I got told multiple times that our suitcase was our one but we finally found it in another room

        Unfortunately the place is quite disappointing and the reality is not close at all from the pictures. But the worse part is to realize that my complaints are the same as people from years ago. The room is very, very small, the double bed is actually 2 beds that get separated all the time and has a significant hole in the middle, which gave me back pain since the first night. Also, the bed linen gave me allergy for some reason which I'll never know. The bathroom is super tiny and the water doesn't go down in the shower. The building is very old and dirty(and even has some broken windows), which is a bit terrifying on the moment you arrive and it doesn't get much better with time. They charge a ridiculous tax if you arrive for the check-in after 23h, which is not described anywhere in the description and gets close to the price of one night. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear absolutely everything that happens outside of your room During the first night the Wi-Fi simply didn't work. The fridge has a peculiar smell. The only good things are that it's super well located in the city and the employees are friendly. Besides that, my experience is one of the worst ever. For a small difference, you definitely can find a not so well located place in the city, but much more comfortable and peaceful.
