First things first: The Check-In. Keep in mind that you're only allowed to check in from 12-13h, otherwise you're charged 50€. This restricted time frame makes no practical sense to me, I assume it's the only way the price for a night can be much cheaper than in other places. If you check in on time, Domus Felix is a great place to stay in Sorrento on a budget. It's located close to the city center and the house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. The individual rooms are part of the owner's home. He makes sure the place stays very clean. Since this B&B is rather small, you only share the bathroom with few other people. To me the host was friendly and willing to help. Be aware that at this place it is not possible to lock your individual room. Even though it's pretty unlikely that something might happen, I would still prefer to be able to lock my stuff.

The owner did not meet the agreement. We booked a room and there was a problem with the roof so we needed to sleep in another hotel. Plus a lot of different costs were added to our stay, paying 15 euro for a day for the parking of our car and another 50 euro because we checked in at 3 pm.. It is a bed and breakfast but you have to pay for the breakfast separately so you actually get a bed at another place. Would not recommend this place, very unfriendly owner once we decided to cancel the reservation.

Horrible place to stay. Room imposible to lock (no keys given when you check in) They charge 50 euros more if you do the check in after 13pm. The funny thing is that they do not tell you in advance ( we recieve the email at 3pm and the owner was even warning us that we could lost the room). They also do not accept credit card so you need to walk for 20 min to get an ATM. The owner was also very disrespectful on our arrival, making us wait and not showing us even the shower room (located in a different floor than our room). Rooms and bathroom full of ants, no cleaning service and difficult access to the house.

Very clean and beautifully furnished property. Good value for money. The host is very welcoming and helpful. It has a lovely, safe atmosphere that feels more like staying with friends in their home than a B&B.

This place has a check in time of 1h from 12:00 to 13:00. They will charge you more than 50% the nightly rate for a "late" check in after 1PM. Shared bathroom. Small double bed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
