The location of the property is excellent, the spotlessly clean room is equipped with air conditioning and tastefully furnished in a modern style. We were welcomed by the owner, Mrs. Vanna, a very kind and helpful person. It was a nice experience. We liked Matera very much.

Mrs. Vanna, the superlative hostess...made us feel at ease even before arriving at the property...the structure, very clean in lines and shapes, reflects her personality. When you arrive in the apartment it seems like you are on a film set, here too the attention to furnishings means that you can be the director of your stay in splendid Matera. Thanks Vanna.

The owner is welcoming, professional and nice. The rooms are furnished with new modern style furniture, very clean and tidy. In the room there is the possibility of making tea. The structure is located in the main street that leads to the center, a stone's throw from the stones. There is parking nearby. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
