Horrible, it is a scam service, do NOT book it!!! The worst customer service ever. Hotel did not let us check in late night. We have been talking for the hotel representatives since 2 weeks to get a permission to check in at least the next day. They do not take any step, do not refund nor let late check in. They ask money for everything: towels, leaving luggate in the hotel and etc. Customer service is horrible. When they do not want to talk, they pretend no English (while talking perfect English in other times).

I have been to several hotels in my life bit never in my life have I encountered such mediocre service; the fact that I actually paid for this is astounding. Below is my experience - The website says you can check in after 22h for an additional fee of 30€ per hour but its actually not true. - a lot of basic items such as towels, shampoo or soap have tp be bought in addition - the personnel is quite disrespectful and the Owner very haughty and patronizing .

I do not recommend this hotel. Customer support is non-existent and even when you request late check-in, it is simply ignored. At the end, you can't cancel because it is non-refundable and you can't check in. They take the money and don't care!!

We had an Amazing experience we never wanted to leave our hotel room. The hotel is really close to Trevi fountain and there a lot of cafes nearby. İts super clean the staff they made our bed every single day which I really appreciate. The private hotel smells really good and has authentic İtalian decor. The closet is really big and the bathroom is good. The beds are really comfortable and the Owner Claudia is a sweetheart she let us check in at night. The entrance and the elevator makes me lıve this hotel even more it feels vintage and I feel like I’m traveling back in time. The mini fridge is always full of snacks and drinks such as wine and soda. Best experience in Rome!

Our experience was really not good at all!! Very unfriendly receptionist, disgusting bed with other people’s hair in it! And when I complained nobody showed understanding.. I do not recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
