The location is unmatched! I was there during a layover and had everything within a 2 minute walk. It’s incredibly convenient. More great than the location was the staff. The man who tends the desk at night was kind & helpful. He even walked us to his friend’s restaurant and told him to take care of us. We got treated like family! The next morning, The manager, offered us free coffee & breakfast, while we chatted a bit. It was all a very pleasant experience. If I go back to Rome, I know exactly where I will stay.

The location in the Trastavere is unbeatable, right off a piazza and on a quiet street. We were near wonderful restaurants and cafes, and I love that our little piazza had a water fountain. Once we arrived, staff was lovely. I had a little trouble reaching them in advance (I was coming from the US), but my friend who is local had no trouble arranging everything. My room was almost too simple--just a bed, bedside table, a shelf with a small safe (not big enough for my laptop), and small bathroom. But, the aircon worked great, and I loved having a window that opened over the quiet street. Honestly, I was only ever there to sleep. My friend's room was quite a bit larger, and with a fridge and coffee service, for the same price. That room was really quite charming. All in all, I would stay here again.

We were guest at Hotel Domus TIberina last July, summer 2022. The location is perfect because you are just spes away from all the most known locations in Rome. Even if the hotel is located in Trastevere, which might be noisy on the evenings, the hotel reside in a quiet secondary street without any car traffic at all. The room we got was newly renovated and clean. Shower very good and air conditioner well functioning. Everything was spot on, including helps we got from receptions, about booking taxi, and places around. I really recommend it also for the price.

Quietly located but close to all attractions. The superior room is definitely recommended as you have a nice balcony where you can sit in peace after a busy day in Rome. Room was very clean and the owners do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Sidenote: Rent a Vespa while in Rome, you won't regret it!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
