We landed in Milan and spent our first few days at Domus Bellagio. It was heaven. We didn't know what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised with everything. Valentina and Natalie helped answer any questions we had. We were able to get rides into town when needed. The rooftop Terrace is phenomenal. We spend so much time up there just relaxing and soaking in the beauty. And the little cafe to have breakfast in every day was spectacular. Honestly, I couldn't have wanted more. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we will definitely be back.

The location is excellent, The staff was very helpful specially Valentino. She guided us regarding Bellagio which is very helpful for a tourist. Hotel shuttle service was very good to pick and drop off at the main area. There was one pub and restaurant just 4 mins walk from the hotel. The food was very cheap there. This all guided to us by Valentina. I will come again and stay in this hotel. Its showing three star but services are kind of 4 stars. Newly renovated and looked after. There was vending machine upstairs and the water was just 50 Euro. The first hotel I have seen where hotel is trying to help the tourist rather than just charging money. Lot of items to eat in the room like biscuits and drinks in mini fridge for no cost.

It’s essentially an Airbnb that has two employees maintaining order until 6pm. The living space and balcony are good. The bed was hard and only given one pillow, the shower had no door and flooded the bathroom. Valentina the host tried very hard to accommodate the needs of the guests, I thought she was really nice and helpful! The breakfast wasn’t convenient (due to walking a few hundred meters to collect) and had limited options to fill a person up. Super towny vibe all around the area near the hotel and in Bellagio in general. The views from the hotel were fantastic! However, the location was a catalyst to our stay. It’s probably about a 5 minute car ride down to Bellagio and a 30 minute walk straight uphill. A workout after a long day and meal isn’t what most people have in mind. There’s nowhere to eat near the “hotel” so your only choice is to go down to Bellagio.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the views. Bellagio is only a 5 minute shuttle down the hill. But they only served until 6pm. Most of the restaurants open up for dinner at 7pm. So you will need to get a taxi back to the hotel 🏨!

The view is unbelievable. Private balcony and shared terrace make this place spectacular. The staff is polite and helpful. I wish we had stayed here longer. The bed though might be one of the worst I've had in a hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
