I really enjoyed my stay. I had to make a last minute reservation since my other booking was cancelled the morning of my arrival in the city. The staff at Don Jacinto were quick to accommodate me and prepared my room within minutes after arriving. They were very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is nice. It has a certain charm that combines a vintage aesthetic, due to the building's age, with modern amenities. It's easy to get in and out as needed. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff treats you as if you're family.

Really enjoyed our stay at Don Jacinto. The location was great- close to historic landmarks, felt safe, and access was easy. It was also a nice touch to program our own personalized code for the entry doors. The place itself was quaint but chic, combining great historic roots with some modern-looking fixtures and construction. Sound-proofing was a bit of an issue, as anyone walking through the hallway at night or in the morning echoed quite loudly, but these instances were short-lived. Finally, I can’t speak highly enough of the staff. They were communicative, responsive, and kind. I would certainly stay there again.

Had a great visit at Don Jacinto. The owners were easy to reach and so helpful and kind. The room was perfect, had a TV with Netflix and a great bathroom and we looooved the patio! Really near lots of restaurants and sights. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

We booked this expecting a 3-star hotel like Google indicates, but this property felt more like something you'd see on Airbnb. It was fairly priced and the service was very responsive and helpful...but if you are looking for an actual hotel, I'd look elsewhere. - There is no front desk or lobby. The door from the street opens to one flight of stairs that leads to the rooms on the second floor. They do provide a phone number that you can text, and they responded almost immediately every time I texted. Someone else met us at the door at time of check-in to show us the room and to answer questions. - The room we booked (TOÑA deluxe) had no windows. Frosted windows in the bathroom let in a lot of light, but not much of it gets to the bedroom because of the walls. At night the room was really dark even with all the lights on. - The rooms use a key rather than a keycard, and the wooden doors feel like a room inside a house rather than a soundproof hotel door. There's also a small gap under the door which is how I think a mosquito got into our room. - There were a few thunderstorms and heavy rain during our stay, and rain seeped through the bathroom windows and a small puddle formed on the floor. - No AC, but there was a fan which was sufficient even during the summer. - The outlets worked inconsistently, but at least there were a lot of them. - The wifi was pretty slow, but maybe this is not unique to this hotel? Pros: - Blackout curtains worked great - Comfortable firm bed - Quiet street - Thoughtful amenities: umbrellas to borrow, kitchenette with communal mini fridge for hotel guests, coffee/tea, etc.

This is not a full service hotel. I chose it because of its high rating and proximity to Chapultepec Park. However there is no front desk and no full time staff. It was out of my way to stay here and I was unable to fully take advantage of the location due to lack of staff. Also no windows in my room. Will likely avoid in the future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
