We stayed in this B&B for two nights to visit Matera. The location is really convenient and super strategic as a 5 minute walk takes you directly to the city center and the Sassi. Possibility of free outdoor parking, which is not easy to find in Matera, wi-fi, breakfast. Room located inside an apartment where the owner himself lives, with a private external bathroom right in front of the room. The owner, Mr Mimmo, was always kind and helpful and it was a pleasure to have a chat with him during our breakfasts and get to know him!

Excellent but difficult to find, Google Maps takes you to the parallel street but then it is not reachable by car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
