The size of the hotel/lobby was smaller than expected. The rooms are modern and clean, providing a comfortable retreat, and the staff is not only kind but also accommodating. There are many good restaurants and cafes around the hotel. It’s worth noting that the quaint elevator, while unique, can only accommodate one person at a time. The highlight is the rooftop, which adds an extra touch of delight to the experience, providing a nice space to relax and enjoy the breakfast and the view. Overall, a good choice for a memorable stay in Rome.

        We had the most amazing stay at Doria Palace during our trip to Rome. The hotel was well located within a 20 minute walk to the famous sites. The rooms were modern, clean and well presented. Joseph on reception was incredibly helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was great to return to a friendly face after long days of sight seeing! Would absolutely recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rome.

        Doria is a fabulous boutique hotel centrally located within walking distance to everything. The room was excellent. Service was outstanding and helpful. As a bonus, they had a generous breakfast at their rooftop bar. An evening cocktail at the rooftop bar was a great way to end a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day.

        The location of the hotel is close (10-15 minute walk) to the Colosseum. It is around a 25-30 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and other attractions. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. The room was small but manageable. The bathroom was a decent size and clean. We didn’t spend time in the room anyway since we had tours booked for every day in Rome. The hotel has a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the quiet and scenery with desserts that you can get from the Cottini bar/patisserie from across the road. The hotel offers a breakfast option for 10 euros per person but we didn’t try it as for that amount you can find breakfast anywhere. The staff was helpful and gave us recommendations about nearby food options and public transportation which we ended up not using. Overall it was a great hotel. I will stay here again if I come back to Rome.
