        Me and my hysband were met by the administrator, who did not specify that breakfast was paid, he simply announced the time. In the morning we found out that the cost of breakfast for 2 was 40 Euros. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. 1. I got in the shower and noticed that the shower door looked weird (huge stain) and then she got dirty in it - it was a door-sized stain of grease! Some kind of oil or something. There were also greasy hand marks in the room (on the front door and on the black armchair). 2. We went downstairs and asked to clean our room, to which we were told that there was no one to clean it, cleaning would only be done the next day. And the administrator didn’t even apologize for putting us in such a room. 3. The cosmetic mirror in room 206 was broken. In this case, it is better to simply remove it and put it away from the shower. 3. In the shower, only the shower on top works, but there is no hose with a nozzle, it is unscrewed and water flows from the tap. Is it really that expensive for a shower head? If you need to wash yourself, but not wet your hair, you won’t be able to do it in this room. The next morning the administrator changed and the girl apologized. At our request, we were given a free breakfast as a compliment from the hotel. And at that moment we decided that we would not write a bad review. BUT! When we returned to the room in the afternoon after a walk, it was clear that they had cleaned it (they made the bed and replaced the towels), but no one washed the greasy door. Patna remained all over the room. That's why I'm writing this dissatisfied review. Because The cleaning service cannot help but see these spots, which means you have irresponsible cleaning staff! And after our personal request to clean the doors, the staff did not check the cleanliness of our room. This shows the attitude of the workers towards their clients. We really hope that the hotel manager will read the review.

        This is our third stay at Dormero. Last time was 4 years ago. Since then the rooms and corridors are beginning to show signs of age. The place needs a bit of sprucing up. The staff were still very friendly and attentive when we had interactions. Here's to hoping management will invest in some renovations in order to bring back the greatness of a few years ago.

        5 Stars for the Location, 1 Star for the big room. However, my room was very dirty, the sheets from the previous guest was not changed, we had to ask for it to be changed immediately, the bathroom was dirty, the shower and floors was not even cleaned at all...The female receptionist was a bit rude. Maybe there should be a housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that rooms a actually cleaned!! Positive: I like the architecture of the building....a beautiful place but unfortunately it is poorly managed.

        They are the worst in Berlin, their receptionist said they have a problem with their system and couldnt check me in with my family and left us for 30 mints and then said the system is not working yet so i will try to find you a room( i have booked from 1 month on booking this room) and when i asked them why no one send the customet msgs that they can not check in their customers he said that is none of my business in a really rude way when i asked him about his manager they talked in German together and i tried to Explain in English but she didnt hear me only him, and he was telling her another story that i dont want to pay( surprisingly i understand German cause i am living their for 2 years) at the end they charged me 80 € cause of my late cancellation and refused to cancel it by their system despite of the problem was their side and they could not check in anyone in the system all the day based on the receptionist words. Avoid this hotel their receptionist and mangment are the worst

        Worst hotel I have been to worldwide.when we reached there they kept saying we have no reservation although we have confirmation number and money was baied completely. Then after 2 hours they said we founded your name but we are overbooked we dont have room.then after ather 1 hour they said we will give you room .but its bad we closed it because it has unfixed stuffs there and take it or leave it ..so we took it .but actually i regret doing that because it killed all enjoyment on the trip .my advise to you if u r reading this run ..run ...never book there ...dirty..room ..broken air-conditioning very cold room ..no coffee or tea machine on room...no room service i stayed there 5days they didn't open room once to clean !!! I wonder how did they got 4/5 it should be 4from million
